Delivery & Returns

Delivery


Furnish365 ensures that the utmost care is taken to get your furniture to you safely. We partner with a third part courier to offer delivery options as well as a quick and easy click and collect service. 


  1. Free click and collect  

When you place an order online you can choose to collect the products. Collection is available within our standard showroom times from our warehouse located behind our showroom in Oldham, Greater Manchester. 


Our opening hours and warehouse location are published in the about us page of this website. 


If you have selected to collect your goods rather than have them delivered to you, the order confirmation email will contain all of the necessary information you will require to collect your goods. 


Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email, some form identification and the credit/debit card you paid by with you when you come to collect your order. 


Please Note: We are happy to offer a delayed collection period for customers who may prefer to collect their items at a later date. All products must be paid for in full at the time of order and must be collected within 3 months from the date of placing the order (If you cannot collect your order within this timescale, please contact us on 0161 7111 365 and we will be happy to discuss your options).



  1. Delivery 

If you live within 100 miles of our warehouse in Oldham, Greater Manchester we can arrange, on your request, the delivery of your order using our nominated third party courier service as per the details contained in the map below. 



We regret that we are unable to support with delivery into locations outside of the area outlined. 


Please note that the third party courier will not deliver items assembled or assemble on your behalf. ​Although you may not be able to assemble the product immediately, you are required to fully check your goods and in the unlikely event of ​any product being damaged or having parts missing, please contact us immediately on 0161 7111 365 and refuse the delivery. The products must be returned on the same van. 


Furnish 365 will accept that all products that are signed for in receipt of delivery arrived in good working order and without damage. 


Delivery Timescales 


Exact delivery timescales will depend on your postcode and the next date the courier company has available in your area. If you have selected the delivery option, our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of your order and to connect you with the third party courrier service for the requested delivery. 

You will then be contacted by the courier company directly to organise your delivery timeslot. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 14 days of you placing your order. Once the delivery appointment is confirmed with the courier you must ensure that an adult is available at the delivery address to accept and check the products, failure to do so may lead to a failed delivery charge of £100.


A courtesy phone call will be made to you by the courier service on the morning of the delivery day to their pick up and your estimated delivery time. 


The delivery timescales are approximate. If circumstances arrive that mean that we will not meet the timescales we initially provided to you, you will be contacted with an update as soon as possible.


Returns 


You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase. Items must:

  • • Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels, packaging and tags intact)
  • • Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note

A 10% repackaging charge will be applied for returns where the original packaging is damaged and therefore must be replaced by the company. 


Unfortunately we can't offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • • Bespoke and made to order furniture that was manufactured specially for you
  • • Items where the assembly process has begun 
  • • Mattresses that are not unopened and unused and in their original packaging

In the unfortunate event that products are returned on delivery (refused delivery items that are sent back on the same delivery van as they were received), Furnish 365 will contact you to determine if you would prefer an exchange or a full refund. 


If a request to return and refund the products is made after acceptance of the delivery, but within 14 days thereafter, customers will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the order minus the completed delivery charge. In the case of an exchange request, customers may need to pay for a repeat delivery/pick up charge. 


All monies owed to the customer will be paid within 30 days of the receipt of the returned items, which must be received in their unused or original condition.
