How safe is ordering furniture online?
Our website is extremely secure. We arge registered with Barclay's ePQD and they process the payment transaction. We have always had a valid SSL Certificate meaning your passwords and credit cards are kept private when using this site.
Can I change my order?
All changes need to be made within 48 hours of purchase. If your sofa is not listed on our website or is considered a 'special cut' and has already been made/upholstered, you will not be able to change your order due to the extra labor costs of producing a custom sofa.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order directly from our Oldham Showroom - Furnish365, Unit 3A Laurel Trading Estate, Higginshaw Lane, Royton, Oldham, OL2 6LH
Do you deliver overseas?
No, unfortunately we don’t have the facilities to deliver overseas at this time however we do deliver to Northern Ireland for a slighty higher charge (please call us if you are in N.I). We do not deliver to channel islands or R.O.I.
Can I pay upon delivery?
This used to be an option but since we have outsourced our deliveries to a third party courier, we need full payment before your order can be dispatched.
Do you do finance or payment plans?
We are in the process of securing finance and payment plans. Until then however you can place a deposit (minimum of £99) to secure an item/offer and pay for the rest of your order 48 hours before your delivery date.
What do I do if I’m not happy or want to make a complaint?
We thrive and depend on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with any part of the service you have received then please contact us at email@example.com and we will aim to resolve your issue.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee. If you experience an issue with the item within 12 months of purchase, contact us on facebook or email firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help.
